Story of Alain Guillaume

Having both grown up in a Champagne bubble, we wanted to embark on the beautiful adventure of Champagne by taking over the family business.
Our wines are made from Chardonnay, which gives them freshness and liveliness, and Pinot Noir, which gives them a fruity note.

Our vineyard is mainly located in the commune of Trépail and benefits from a soil classified as Premier Cru. The soil has the particularity to give a unique mineral taste to our Chardonnay grapes and a lightness to our Pinot Noir grapes.

To respect the quality of this heritage and the environment, our winery is HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale) certified, and we continue our efforts to achieve VDC (Viticulture durable en Champagne) certification.

In our house overlooking the village of Trépail, we work our various cuvées with the utmost care from pressing to bottling. After pressing, the must is vinified in our barrel house and blended by four hands before bottling (tirage). The latter is then aged for several years in our cellars.
